Oh man, I just realized I forgot to credit Griff with the suggested RSS Aggregators. Thanks man! He hasn't said anything, so I'm hoping he hasn't read it yet... XD
I personally use Safari on my Mac and SharpReader (which was from Griff's suggestion way back when) on my PC machines.
