The company [Microsoft] plans to show off on Monday a new set of developer tools that will let college students, hobbyists and others create their own games for the Xbox 360 console, for a Windows PC or both.

A free IDE to allow me to develop a game? HELL YEAH.
My biggest problem is I don't practice programming enough, and I'm was working towards rectifying that. XNA Express has made it so I have no excuse.

I hope to sharing random ideas about it here very soon.
