PAST:
Wore my glasses downtown yesterday, something I haven't done since early winter. The reason being that it wasn't terribly cold that day, but it was very windy. My glasses had blown off my face and started tumbling down the wrong way on a one way street. As I'm blindly chasing my glasses down, I'm on a crash course towards a white truck (may have been an SUV, everything was quite blurry as you can imagine) and the first thought I had was-
"This asshole isn't stopping."
Grab my glasses and dive off between two parked cars, a split second later the truck passing where I had just stood. Needless to say, I wasn't terribly anxious to repeat a similar incident... though I'm too lazy to put on contacts today.
PRESENT:
My mom was driving when the front right wheel fell off.

Not, the tire wasn't tightened and it rolled off. It seems the axle has rusted off it just simply tore off. Luckily no one was hurt. I expect it's going to be quite expensive once the bill arrives, alas there's not a whole lot to be done... except complain constantly.
FUTURE:
Got Brain Age on my Nintendo DS and have become completely addicted to Sudoku. Will strive to become a productive human being... after I finish all the puzzles.
